1. Free Trial
DialerBee offers a 14-day free trial on Starter and Professional plans. During the trial:
- No credit card is required to start
- You have full access to the features included in your selected plan
- Your trial ends automatically after 14 days if you do not subscribe
- No charges are incurred during the trial period
- You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation
If you subscribe before the trial ends, billing begins on the date of subscription. Unused trial days are not credited or carried forward.
2. Monthly Plans
2.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until that date.
2.2 Refunds
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid invoice, you are eligible for a full refund of that invoice
- After 7 days: Monthly plan fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period
- Mid-cycle cancellation: No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period
3. Annual Plans
3.1 Cancellation
Annual plans require a 12-month commitment. You may cancel at any time, but the cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term.
3.2 Refunds
- Within 14 days of first annual payment: If you cancel within 14 days of your first annual payment, you are eligible for a full refund minus any usage during that period
- After 14 days: Annual plan fees are non-refundable for the committed term. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual period
- Early termination: If you require early termination of an annual plan after the 14-day window, contact our team to discuss options. Early termination fees may apply
3.3 Renewal
Annual plans renew automatically at the end of the term. We will send a renewal reminder at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next term.
4. Enterprise Contracts
Enterprise contracts have custom terms negotiated between DialerBee and the customer. Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise customers are governed by the signed Enterprise agreement, which may include:
- Custom notice periods for cancellation
- Pro-rata refund provisions
- Early termination clauses and associated fees
- SLA-based service credits
- Minimum commitment periods
If you are an Enterprise customer, refer to your signed agreement or contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
5. Reseller & White-Label Partners
Refund and cancellation terms for resellers and white-label partners are governed by the Partner Agreement. Partners are responsible for managing refund policies with their own end customers. DialerBee processes refunds to the partner entity, not to individual end customers of the partner.
6. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
| Situation | Eligibility | Refund Type |
|---|---|---|
| Cancel within 7 days (monthly) | First invoice only | Full refund |
| Cancel within 14 days (annual) | First annual payment only | Full minus usage |
| Duplicate charge | Any time | Full refund of duplicate |
| Billing error | Any time | Correction + credit or refund |
| Extended service outage (SLA breach) | Enterprise with signed SLA | Service credit per SLA terms |
| Feature materially not as described | Within 30 days of purchase | Case-by-case review |
| Cancel after refund window | N/A | No refund; access continues until end of paid period |
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing team with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Company name
- Invoice number or billing date in question
- Reason for the refund request
Submit your request:
Email billing@dialerbee.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Company Name]"
8. Refund Processing
- Review timeline: Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt
- Notification: You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved, partially approved, or declined, along with the reason
- Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds: May take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- Bank transfer refunds: Processed via wire transfer to the originating account. International transfers may take up to 15 business days
9. Credits & Adjustments
In some cases, we may issue account credits instead of cash refunds. Credits are:
- Applied to your next billing cycle automatically
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Non-transferable between accounts
- Not redeemable for cash
We will always discuss with you whether a credit or refund is more appropriate before processing.
10. BYOC & Third-Party Charges
DialerBee platform fees and third-party carrier/telecom charges are separate:
- DialerBee platform fees: Governed by this refund policy
- BYOC carrier charges: Billed by your SIP provider. Refunds for carrier charges must be requested directly from your carrier
- Third-party integrations: Charges from third-party services (CRM, messaging providers, etc.) are not covered by this policy
11. Service Disruption Credits
If the DialerBee platform experiences a service disruption that materially impacts your operations:
- Enterprise customers with SLA: Service credits are calculated and applied per the terms of your signed SLA
- Professional and Starter customers: We may offer discretionary credits for significant outages on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@dialerbee.com to report service disruptions
Service credits do not apply to downtime caused by your carrier, network, or equipment, or to scheduled maintenance communicated in advance.
12. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Account terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policy
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal date after receiving a renewal reminder
- Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described at the time of purchase
- Charges incurred by third-party services (carriers, CRM providers, etc.)
- Requests submitted more than 90 days after the disputed charge
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
