Quick answer
What is new in DialerBee? In September and October 2026 DialerBee shipped single sign-on with SCIM, two-factor sign-in, inbound email and web chat in the inbox, built-in ticketing, workforce management, live transcription and assist, AI scoring of every call, AI agent templates with a test simulator, a public REST API and status page, and the Insights Command Center. October also brought CRM connectors, skills-based routing, voicemail drop, Telegram, and calls through the API. Instagram and Facebook Messenger are available through BroadNet OmniChannel, and automatic blending is coming in October 2026.

Skills-based routing
Route each inbound call to the agent with the right skills, enabled per queue.
Learn more → -
CRM connectors
Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Zendesk or Microsoft Dynamics with your own CRM app credentials, or Odoo and Freshworks with your own API key.
Learn more → -
Voicemail drop on answering machines
When a call reaches an answering machine, a recorded message is left automatically, enabled per campaign.
Learn more → -
Telegram in the inbox
Connect your own Telegram bot and its conversations join the same inbox as calls and messages.
Learn more → -
Calls through the API
Place calls through the REST API, with secure setup: scoped API keys, an IP allow-list, rate and spend limits, and the same compliance checks as the console. Sending SMS through the API is rolling out this week.
Learn more → -
Insights Command Center and a new Home dashboard
An attention strip, six headline numbers compared with the previous period, Outbound, Inbound and Risks tabs, and every number drills down into its calls, with CSV export. The Home dashboard adds period and filters in the header, a live queues strip, calls by hour and average hold time.
Learn more → -
AI voice agent quality upgrade
The agent confirms what it heard instead of asking again, answers every question before it ends the call, books only once the booking is saved, and says times naturally in Arabic.
Learn more → -
AI agent templates and test simulator
Start from eight industry templates in 9 of the 11 supported languages, build an agent from your own documents and calls, test it in a simulator, then listen live and take over a call when needed.
Learn more → -
AI scoring of every call
Every call is scored automatically, so quality review covers all calls instead of a sample.
Learn more → -
Live transcription, live assist and translation
Agents see the conversation as text while it happens, get suggestions during the call, and can follow a caller in another language.
Learn more → -
Inbound email in the inbox
Connect your company mailbox and incoming email lands in the same conversation list as calls, WhatsApp and SMS.
Learn more → -
Web chat in the same inbox
Website chat conversations sit next to calls and messages, with the same states and assignment.
Learn more → -
Built-in ticketing
Turn any conversation into a ticket and track it to resolution without a separate help-desk tool.
Learn more → -
Connect-a-channel readiness page
One page shows what each channel needs before it goes live: SMS, WhatsApp, email and web chat.
Learn more → -
Workforce management
Shifts, time-off, schedule adherence and forecasting, inside the same platform as your queues.
Learn more → -
