Editorial policy: how we write and check our content

What you can rely on in DialerBee guides, comparisons and product pages, and how we use AI to write them.

Quick answer

DialerBee content is written by the DialerBee team at BroadNet Technologies with help from AI writing tools. Every statement about what DialerBee does is checked against our product documentation and pricing page before it is published, prices come only from the pricing page, demo recordings come from the real product with simulated callers, and outside figures are linked to the source we opened. Translations are AI-assisted and use the terms people search in each language. Report a mistake to sales@dialerbee.com and we correct it.

Who writes our content

DialerBee is built and run by BroadNet Technologies. Our guides, comparisons and product pages are written by the DialerBee team, who build and operate the platform, with help from AI writing tools for research, drafting and translation.

How we use AI

We use AI to draft pages, to structure long guides and to translate them into the 10 other languages the site supports. AI does not decide what we say about the product. A draft is checked against our own sources before it goes live, and anything the sources do not support is removed.

How product claims are checked

  • Every statement about a DialerBee feature must match our product documentation, the changelog or the feature page that describes it.
  • Prices come only from the pricing page. Worked examples show the arithmetic and are labelled as examples, not quotes.
  • An automated check blocks wording we do not allow, such as claims that the product makes a business compliant. We describe controls as compliance-supporting and say that they are not legal advice.
  • We do not publish invented customers, reviews, ratings, accuracy figures or results.
  • Features that are still rolling out are labelled that way on the changelog.

Demo recordings

The demo calls on our pages are recorded from the real AI voice agent. The callers are simulated and the businesses are fictional, and each recording is labelled that way.

Outside facts and competitors

Figures from other organisations, such as government statistics or regulations, link to the page we read and say when we checked it. Facts about other vendors come only from their own public pages, are dated, and are reviewed by our team before publication.

Translations

Pages are translated with AI into Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Portuguese and Indonesian. Prices, numbers and product names are kept exactly as in English, and the wording follows the terms buyers use in each market.

Corrections

If you find something wrong or out of date, email sales@dialerbee.com with the page address. We check it against our sources and correct the page.
