Quick answer
What is DialerBee? DialerBee is the multilingual AI contact center platform, built by BroadNet Technologies on 22 years of telecom. It runs inbound queues and outbound campaigns, an omnichannel inbox for voice, WhatsApp, SMS and email, AI voice agents and live agent assist, surveys and appointments, and reporting — in one browser workspace, in 11 languages, on your own carriers, with tenants isolated from each other and compliance-supporting controls checked before the dial.
The problem
Every platform was built for English only. We changed that.
Contact centers around the world were stuck with US-built software that bolted on languages and compliance as afterthoughts. Arabic? Spanish? Turkish? "Coming soon." We heard that too many times.
So we built DialerBee from scratch. Not a reskin. Not a fork. A contact center platform with language-aware AI for 11 languages — where regional compliance, dialect awareness and carrier routing are in the DNA, not a plugin.
What DialerBee runs today
Five jobs, one platform
Everything a contact center does in a day: the calls that come in, the calls that go out, the messages in between, the AI that handles or helps, and the reporting that shows what happened.
-
1. Voice, in and out
ACD queues with SLA targets, DIDs routed to a queue, a user, an IVR flow, a campaign or an AI agent, an IVR builder with 40 node types, and four dialing modes with AI answering-machine detection.
-
2. Omnichannel
Voice, WhatsApp, SMS and email as one thread per customer, with Customer 360 history, screen-pop on answer and a browser agent desktop.
-
3. AI agents and assist
The Layla AI voice agent and Agent Studio behind it, plus live agent assist and transcription for the calls a person takes.
-
4. Customer experience
CSAT and NPS surveys over voice, WhatsApp, SMS and web, appointments with reminders and calendar sync, call recording and QA scorecards.
-
5. Operate and resell
15 report types and Insights, supervisor tools, an operations center, compliance-supporting controls, white-label multi-tenancy, BYOC carriers and the API.
Why DialerBee
Six reasons contact centers choose DialerBee
Language-aware AMD
Transcript classification rather than beep detection, in 11 languages, with agent feedback and a live accuracy dashboard.
Controls before the dial
DNC, consent with revoke, calling hours and a frequency rule, with jurisdiction packs. Compliance-supporting controls, not a compliance guarantee.
Nothing to install
The WebRTC softphone and the whole agent desktop run in the browser, with a PWA install for the people who want one.
Multi-tenant from day one
Tenants isolated at the row level — data, recordings, compliance rules, users and reporting — with 30 branding fields and a custom domain.
API and webhooks
A developer portal, tenant API keys and a webhook event catalogue, so the platform fits the systems you already run.
Live, not five minutes ago
A wallboard, live calls and call trace in the operations center, and listen, whisper and barge for supervisors.
Where we came from
We are not a SaaS company that rents phone lines
Most contact center vendors are software businesses that buy voice from somebody else and mark it up. DialerBee comes the other way round: BroadNet has spent twenty-two years in telecom, and the platform was built on top of that rather than bolted onto a reseller account.
Direct operator relationships
Twenty-two years means relationships with carriers, hubs and wholesale voice partners across the regions we serve — so numbers and routes are arranged rather than requested through an intermediary.
Our own messaging platform
WhatsApp and SMS run through BroadNet's own messaging infrastructure, not a third-party reseller sitting between you and the channel.
And you can still bring your own
The strongest proof that we are not selling you minutes: you can keep your existing PBX or your existing carrier, and pay us nothing per minute.
Why it matters to you. A software company that resells voice needs you on their lines, because that is where the margin is. We would rather sell you the platform and let you keep whatever telecom arrangement you already negotiated — which is why three deployment patterns exist, and why two of them earn us nothing per minute.
About DialerBee
What is DialerBee?+
DialerBee is the multilingual AI contact center platform. It runs inbound queues and outbound campaigns, an omnichannel inbox for voice, WhatsApp, SMS and email, AI voice agents and live agent assist, CSAT and NPS surveys, appointments and reminders, and reporting — in one browser workspace, in 11 languages, on your own carriers, with compliance-supporting controls.
Who makes DialerBee?+
DialerBee is built by BroadNet Technologies, a company with 22 years of telecom background. That heritage informs its carrier-grade BYOC SIP routing, caller-ID handling, and multi-region infrastructure.
How many languages does DialerBee support?+
DialerBee supports 11 languages — English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Portuguese, and Indonesian — across the interface, the AI voice agent, answering-machine detection and transcription. Arabic and Urdu render right-to-left, and the voice agent handles Arabic dialects.
How much does DialerBee cost?+
DialerBee uses simple per-agent pricing: Starter is $69 per agent/month and Professional is $129 per agent/month, with a custom Enterprise tier for larger or specialized deployments. Telecom/carrier costs are separate, and with BYOC you pay your own SIP provider directly with no per-minute platform markup.
Is DialerBee compliant with TCPA, GDPR, TDRA, and other regulations?+
DialerBee provides compliance-supporting controls — configurable DNC checks, consent tracking with revoke, jurisdiction-aware calling hours, a frequency rule, call recording, and audit logs — for teams operating under frameworks such as TCPA, GDPR, TDRA, CITC, NTRA, and TRC. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance; lawful use depends on your configuration, consent basis, and process.
Where is DialerBee available?+
DialerBee is used globally, with particular strength in MENA, Europe, the UK, and North America. It offers Arabic/RTL support and region-specific compliance controls, and teams can route calls through local carriers via BYOC.
What makes DialerBee different?+
Most contact center platforms were built English-first, and most of the companies behind them buy their voice from somebody else. DialerBee is language-aware from the ground up — the AI voice agent, answering-machine detection and transcription all work across 11 languages — and it comes out of 22 years of telecom, so BYOC SIP routing carries no per-minute platform markup and multi-tenant white-label was there on day one.
