Quick answer
Who is DialerBee for? DialerBee is the multilingual AI contact center platform, used by customer service and inbound teams, sales floors and cold-calling teams, appointment-based businesses, BPOs and outsourcers, collections agencies, telecom and SIP resellers, MENA contact centers and enterprise operations. Every one of them runs the same platform — queues and campaigns, an omnichannel inbox for voice, WhatsApp, SMS and email, AI voice agents and live agent assist, surveys and appointments, reporting, compliance-supporting controls, multi-tenant white-label and BYOC carriers — configured differently for the work. It runs in 11 languages, in the browser, on your own carriers.

What business you are in
Multi-tenant isolation, your own carriers and jurisdiction packs are in the platform, not bolted on for a vertical.
BPOs
A tenant per client with its own users, recordings, compliance rules and reporting, white-label branding on your own domain, and a different carrier per client if that is how the contract reads.
Learn moreCollections
DNC, consent with revoke, calling hours and a frequency rule checked before the dial, recordings with legal hold, an audit log with IP address, and WhatsApp and SMS follow-up.
Learn moreTelecom and SIP Resellers
Run the platform as your own product: 30 branding fields, a custom domain with DNS verification, partner-admin ownership of the tenants you create, and your own carriers underneath.
Learn moreMENA Contact Centers
Arabic dialects on the AI voice agent and right-to-left agent interfaces, jurisdiction packs for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Bahrain, and local carriers over BYOC.
Learn moreEnterprise
A per-tenant role matrix, an audit log with IP address, per-tenant encryption and PII redaction, 15 report types, and deployment options that keep the voice on your own infrastructure.
Learn moreResellers
White-label the whole platform, own the tenants you create through the partner admin, bring your own carriers, and pay no per-minute platform fees on top.

How do the solutions differ from each other?+
They are the same platform, configured differently. A customer service team lives in queues, the omnichannel inbox and CSAT; a collections team lives in campaigns, the compliance-supporting controls and recordings; a reseller lives in white-label branding, tenants and their own carriers. Nothing is a separate product and nothing is a separate price list.
Can one team run inbound and outbound at the same time?+
Yes. Queues distribute inbound calls with SLA targets and wrap-up, and campaigns place outbound calls in four dialing modes. Agents handle inbound queues and outbound campaigns from one desktop; automatic blending is planned.
Which solutions are a fit for a regulated operation?+
Collections, BPOs, MENA contact centers and enterprise deployments all lean on the same compliance-supporting controls: DNC, consent with revoke, calling hours, a frequency rule, jurisdiction packs for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain and the US, recordings with legal hold, and an audit log that records the user and IP address. They support your compliance programme; they do not replace it.
Do BPOs and resellers get separate tenants per client?+
Yes. Each tenant has its own users, leads, recordings, compliance rules and reporting, isolated at the row level, with branding and a custom domain of its own. Partner admins own the tenants they create, and an onboarding wizard sets a new one up.
Can I keep the carriers and the phone system I already have?+
Yes. BYOC connects the SIP trunks you already use from any provider, with no per-minute platform markup, and you can keep an existing phone system and use DialerBee as the routing, campaign and compliance layer on top.
What languages do these solutions run in?+
11: English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Portuguese and Indonesian. Language-aware AI covers the AI voice agent, live transcription and answering-machine detection, including Arabic dialects and right-to-left agent interfaces.
