Deployment, tenancy and integration

Last verified: 7 October 2026

  • BYOC and deployment. Three patterns: DialerBee supplies the SIP trunks and numbers; you keep your own PBX or SBC; or you bring a SIP trunk from your own carrier. Patterns B and C carry no per-minute platform fee because DialerBee does not carry the voice. Deployment options.
  • White-label and multi-tenant. Tenants are isolated at the row level in PostgreSQL; white-label and multi-tenant management are on the Enterprise plan. White-label · Multi-tenant.
