Brazil Regional Guide

Call center software for Brazil.

Cloud outbound dialer software for Brazilian teams. Não Me Perturbe scrubbing, the 0303 telemarketing caller-ID prefix, LGPD-aligned data handling, per-state calling windows and your own carrier.

Quick answer

DialerBee is cloud call-center and outbound dialer software for teams calling in Brazil, with compliance-supporting controls aligned to ANATEL rules and the LGPD. It scrubs against the Não Me Perturbe register, supports the 0303 caller-ID prefix required for telemarketing, enforces per-campaign calling windows that reflect state-level restrictions, records consent with a full audit trail, and connects to Brazilian carriers over BYOC SIP so you keep the rates you already negotiated.

Key considerations

What to know about Brazil outbound calling

Não Me Perturbe scrubbing

Brazil's Não Me Perturbe register lets consumers block telemarketing from participating operators. DialerBee suppresses numbers on your uploaded lists before a campaign dials them.

The 0303 prefix

ANATEL requires telemarketing calls to present a 0303 caller-ID prefix so consumers can identify them. Caller-ID pools are configured per campaign, so the right number is presented on the right traffic.

LGPD data handling

The LGPD governs personal data processing in Brazil. DialerBee provides compliance-supporting controls — per-tenant isolation, consent records, recording policy and retention settings.

State-level calling windows

Telemarketing hours are restricted by state law rather than nationally, and they differ. Calling windows are set per campaign so a São Paulo list and a national list do not share one rule.

The same platform, wherever you dial

Rules change by country. The product does not.

Keep your own phone system

We supply the trunks, or DialerBee sits on top of the PBX you already run, or you bring a carrier trunk you already negotiated.

Browser agent desktop

WebRTC softphone with nothing to install, that also installs to a home screen and opens in its own window.

Supervisor tools

Live wallboard with listen, whisper and barge, on inbound and outbound alike.

Compliance before origination

Consent, suppression and calling windows are checked before a call is placed, per campaign.

Reporting and export

Genuine Excel workbooks and PDFs that render every script properly, not a CSV with a renamed extension.

Tenant isolation

Row-level separation and role-based access, so one client's data is never visible to another.

Questions

Calling in Brazil

Does DialerBee support the Não Me Perturbe register?
Yes. Numbers on your suppression lists — including entries taken from the Não Me Perturbe register — are scrubbed before a campaign dials. Suppression is enforced before origination, so a blocked number is never handed to a carrier rather than being filtered afterwards in a report.
Can we present the 0303 telemarketing prefix?
Yes. Caller IDs are managed in named pools and mapped per campaign, so telemarketing traffic can present a 0303-prefixed number while other campaigns present something else. We verify you are entitled to present any number before it can be used.
How does DialerBee handle LGPD?
DialerBee provides compliance-supporting controls rather than compliance itself: per-tenant data isolation, consent capture with an audit trail, configurable recording policy and retention, and role-based access. Responsibility for your LGPD programme, your legal basis for processing and any required agreements remains with your organisation.
Can we use our own Brazilian carrier?
Yes. DialerBee runs three ways — we supply the trunks, you keep your existing PBX with DialerBee providing campaign management and compliance on top, or you bring a Brazilian carrier trunk you already contracted. The last two carry no per-minute platform fee because we do not carry the voice.
Is the platform available in Portuguese?
Yes. The website and interface are in Brazilian Portuguese is available as an AI language profile — voice, greeting, register and dialect handling — provisioned for your account. Adding a language is a profile rather than a rebuild, so tell us which markets you dial and we will confirm what is in place before you commit to anything.

This page is general information about outbound calling in Brazil and is not legal advice. Regulations change and their application depends on your business, your data and how you use the platform. DialerBee provides compliance-supporting controls; it does not make an organisation compliant on its own. Take your own advice before launching a campaign.
